This Beaux Arts office and residence, designed by architect Herman Barth, is located in the Lower Nob Hill Apartment Hotel District.

Mr. Barth designed a number of commercial buildings located Downtown and South of Market and residences such as the Bransten House on Franklin Street near Lafayette Square.
